My Beliefs About Supervision

I believe that supervision is not just a nice-to-have, but an essential component of an effective coaching practice. It is not just about addressing challenges, but also about celebrating successes and reinforcing strengths of both the coach and the supervisor. As with coaching, this is a collaborative, creative and thought-provoking process, where both parties bring their knowledge, experience, and insights to the table.

My vision as a coaching supervisor is to support and empower coaches, helping them to navigate their professional journey with confidence and integrity. Through my supervision practice, I aim to make a positive impact on the coaching profession, promoting high standards of practice and ethical behavior. I am committed to continuous learning and growth, both for myself and for the coaches I support, and I believe that supervision is a powerful tool for achieving this.

1:1 Supervision

I believe practicing coaches should attend Supervision every 4 – 6 weeks, and at least 3 times a year as the benefits of connection, checking for blind spots and re-aligning your senses regularly is an essential part of being a professional coach.

I love these session as they are collaborative, insightful and often mind expanding, whether it’s about contracting, ethics or ways of working.

My payment structure for 1:1 Supervision is simple – you pay me per hour what you charge per hour for coaching (min £75). Please click HERE to get in contact to arrange a free chemistry session.

Group Supervision

This is a great option for people who want to hear about other people’s experiences and get the thoughts, ideas and input from professionals. It is also more cost effective at £50 per 90-minute group session. The number of attendees is limited to 8 people.

Ready to get started?

All my coaching engagements start with a free, no obligation chat (called a chemistry meeting) which lasts 20 – 30 mins.
This can be done on the phone, laptop or face to face – it’s totally up to you.
